We are Marisa & Virgil and we would like to start by giving you a warm welcome here on The Workout Club Ibiza website. The Workout Club Ibiza provides Group Personal Training sessions, 1 on 1 personal trainings, Online personal training and specialised workshops and Yoga across Ibiza. So if you are a resident or you are just on our beautiful island for a holiday, we are the one stop shop for all your outdoor training.

Nutrition, exercise and a healthy lifestyle are one of the key pillars of a person’s life. TWC-Ibiza team strive to educate people from of all walks of life to take care of body and mind creating positive lifestyle changes.

We are committed to be excellent in service

We assist you in achieving your fitness goals, we help maximise the value of your membership and we provide a safe environment for both clients and staff. So if you are either a resident of Ibiza or you are on a holiday, we are here to offer you tailor made training sessions on one of our locations or in the comfort of your holiday home.

Meet your new personal coach!

We can hear you think; a personal coach? Yes, you read this right! We bring our functional training, strength and conditioning principles and concepts to Ibiza in the form of Group Personal Training and all our memberships include a personal coach. This is so that you can have all the benefits of a personal trainer such as; personal coaching and customised training programs, nutritional support, E-books, full email/WhatsApp/phone support and success sessions to keep track of your progress.

Besides all this you have all the benefits of a family-like community such as; access to bonus workouts, member appreciation events, seminars and workshops, access to the members only Facebook group, discount on nutrition products and Yoga and within the community you will be motivated and supported by the coaches and like-minded people in The Workout Club Ibiza family.

Oh, and if you go travelling you’ll be able to keep on training with the online TWC Ibiza App. In this way, the TWC Ibiza coaches will always be in your back pocket to guide you when you’re training at home, in a park or a local gym, or in your hotel room whilst you explore the world. 

We are not a Bootcamp!

Bootcamps are for everybody. Our Group Personal Training sessions are not. If you are looking for a quick fix, sessions that take longer than an hour, or everybody who is doing the same exercises without proper form, we are not what you are looking for. But if you are committed to reaching your goals and if you are ready to exercise at least 2 to 3 times a week, or if you like to continue your training sessions while on vacation, The Workout Club Ibiza is your family.

We are your coach!

If you would like to have coaching in the field of nutrition, mind-set, breathing and strength principles and concepts or you would like to work on your personal plan, our Group Personal Training sessions are for you. We have created very effective and fun training programs for men and women of all fitness levels. Your personal trainer will coach you and help you reaching your goals while training in a group with like-minded people.

If you have specific needs we have Personal Training in small groups where you train in a small group, but with the difference that each team member has his or her own personal designed program. Our programs are physically and mentally challenging, yet fun and motivating.

So whatever your fitness goals are: get rid of unwanted pounds, lower stress levels, positive lifestyle changing or even meeting some new friends, we will provide a tailor made program to make sure you get the best out of yourself.

1-on-1 Personal Training

If you like to train on your own chosen location, dates and times, and if you prefer 1-on-1 Personal Training instead of training in a group, we are at your service too. The difference between 1-on-1 training sessions and our Personal Training is that you still benefit from The Workout Club Ibiza community with extra perks such as; bonus workouts, member appreciation events, seminars and workshops, the free online training App and access to the members only TWC-Ibiza Facebook group where we share tips and info and where we answer all your questions. Still you work exclusively with your personal trainer on a 1 on 1 basis.

The Personal Training sessions are a good option if you are on holiday in Ibiza 

Mind, body and energy

Reaching your fitness goals is not just about the body. You need to have a balance between body, mind and energy. In The Workout Club Ibiza programs we have incorporated a lot of techniques that involve goal setting and mind-set. When you are able to create sub goals that eventually lead to your ultimate fitness goal, you will not only succeed in getting fit but also in everything you want to accomplish in life. We will show you how you can regulate and use your chi flow or energy flow through the body to stay healthy in body, mind and energy.

We also organise workshops where you can learn about the whole aspect of life, how to live mindfully and how to live a happier and more balanced life making it a positive lifestyle change.

Meal and nutrition plans

Everybody knows that a healthy lifestyle is not only about exercising. Healthy nutrition is also part of becoming the person that you want to be. That’s why we will also guide you with meal and nutrition plans which are a part of the programs.
