This is very hard. Sugar is in almost every product nowadays. Make sure you don’t have sugar in your house. When you feel the urge to snack get a healthy platter that you already prepared in the fridge. Just use your fist as a guide for the amount of food on your plate. Do not over-eat, drink more water instead during your dinner. That will take away the urge for a second plate.
3. Find your support group
Working out alone can be a challenge, even when you have a personal trainer. This little voice gets in your head and whispers “stay in bed this time, you can train tomorrow.” Well, when you have a group of like-minded people you train with, it will be very hard to let your buddies down. Drive together to the sessions. Have a juice together afterwards. Make it a habit to clear your agenda to train together with your buddies.

4 Set goals
It sounds corny, but if you don’t know where you are heading, you are going nowhere. Plan your big goal and break it up in tiny pieces. 5 Stick to it
I hear you thinking…:) Yes, you have to keep on going 3 times a week for at least 30 days. After a month your body needs the exercise and in 30 days you will start to see your body changing. That is the biggest motivation to keep on training.
