6 of the best personal training locations in Ibiza
Your Ibiza holiday is planned, but you still want to keep up that great body you have built over the summer. You can go to one of the gyms, or you can train outside with stunning backdrops that Ibiza has to offer. These are our personal training locations that you need to try out.
Es Vedra
One of the most famous places in Ibiza is the view of Es Vedra. But instead of going for a sunset, go there to do a bodyweight training routine. You will crush out that squat challenge with a view like this.
Salinas Beach
Salinas beach is the home of famous beach clubs The Jockey Club and Sa Trinxa. Make sure that you go there early in the morning and you will have the beach to yourself. Start your morning run at the Jockey Club all the way to the pirate tower on the other side. Share with us how you feel afterwards.
The Old Town
If you are a fan of hill sprints, and we feel that everybody should do them, you could go to a boring hill in the campo. Instead walk into the old town and find one of the narrow streets in Sa Penya (the gypsy area). Sprint up those stairs and discover the old town in a different way. It will be worth it.
Cala Conta
This is one of our favourite personal training spots. In the morning there is not a soul. And especially when the sea is calm, you have this huge mirror in front of you whilst the sun rises behind you. Trust me you will not feel the pain when working out there.

Sa Talaia
The highest point in Ibiza is an amazing site in the morning and in the evening. Park your car not too high up and walk up. This is a great warm up. When you reach the top finish it of with some planks and push ups, and catch your breath whilst enjoying the magical view of Ibiza.
The San Antonio Aquarium
We hear you thinking ‘San An? They only have the crazy people, right?’ Well, wrong. We train some clients and one day Elody took me on a hike to the Aquarium. A beautiful walk or run. Quite challenging too. Take a little juice at the bar of the Aquarium overlooking San Antonio Bay. Try it at sunset and let us know again what you think.
We’d love to see your pictures when you visit those locations!
