Last summer we trained a lot of families on Ibiza. You all know the feeling of a bored teenager who is just too young to go to the clubs, but thinks of him/herself as too old to be on a holiday with mom and dad. After a couple of sessions the kids decided to join in. The result was that the kids loved the exercises so much that they insisted on continuing the training. It was a great way of sharpening the relationships between the family
