Fitness training options in Ibiza

When it comes to finding the best way to practice fitness in Ibiza there are many options. You can go to a regular gym where you purchase a membership and walk in and out whenever you like on the times when the gym is open. The opposite is that you book a personal trainer for that extra push or to train effectively due to your tailor made program. The plus is that you decide your own days and times and that you train on your own chosen location. You can also choose to join a bootcamp or Group Personal Training program. A gym versus a personal trainer

The easiest and cheapest option is to get yourself a gym membership. That’s a great first step but it takes some input and effort from yourself, because will you actually go 3 times per week to get the desired results while training on your own? Sometimes when you’ve had a long day at work you just can’t get off the couch to drive to the gym, even when it’s 5 minutes away. Also it is very difficult to keep motivated when there is no one to give you that extra push. And more important, are you sure you are doing all the exercises safely and correctly?

A personal trainer is the solution when you need a coach to put just that little extra effort in, to go just that little over your boundaries and give you that motivation to make sure that you don’t cancel a session or skip a day. Bootcamp versus Group Personal Training

If you are an outdoor type of person and if you like to train in a group, a bootcamp in Ibiza is an option to have a nice workout. There are various bootcamps with all different styles and programs to choose from. The Workout Club Ibiza

We have a program that we call Group Personal Training. You will have all benefits of a personal trainer because at The Workout Club Ibiza we coach our members. We get you out of bed to come to training, we email you when you miss some sessions and we call you when you really lose track. We have monthly assessments with you to go over your goals and set up your plan for success. At the same time you work out in a fun group with like-minded people who support each other and often become friends. Our training system is fun, challenging and safe. No endless circuits or the same exercise over and over again. You will not run for miles or do boring crunches. We will teach you functional training exercises that are simple but very effective. We use tools like the Russian Kettllebell, the Battle Rope, Sandbags, TRX, boxing pads and various challenging bodyweight exercises. And all this for pretty much the same amount of money as a bootcamp.
