This is how we set fitness goals in Ibiza
Do you find it hard to get up early to work out? Or is it hard to stay away from sweets and unhealthy snacks? Then this post is for you.
Winning versus Losing
In Ibiza we meet people from all walks of life. They have all kinds of different goals but most of them have something in common… When it starts to get hard, they all find excuses to give up. It is easier to just stay down when you have fallen down. But what does it take to get that winner mentality?
1. Get a personal trainer – First of all get yourself a coach. A person who will be always there to support you and kick your butt when you need it. A personal trainer is not only there for your training program but is also somebody that supports you mentally and sets some goals with you.
2. Goal setting – This may sound silly but write your deepest desire down. Hang it on places where you can always see this, like the mirror where you brush your teeth. Share your goal with your trainer and some friends. They can remind you when you are feeling down, and you don’t want to be a loser so you give up less easily.

3. Take baby steps – Break your goal into smaller sub-goals. When you reach it, go to the next sub goal. Make sure to celebrate all wins, even if they are small. This will create your winner mentality. You will endure setbacks and you can handle disappointments.
4. Use video – Record a video of yourself talking to you. Tell yourself how much you want to reach your goal. Give the video to your coach. When you are down and out, he can send it to you to get you back on your feet…
So there you have it. This is how you can do this. Feel free to share your experiences with us. And if you have any questions, we are here to assist you in the best way we can…
