We recommend making yourself a protein and nutrient-packed smoothie out of any or all of the Superfoods you can get your hands on. Or maybe try substituting your mashed potatoes with turnip…or cauliflower. Top off your oatmeal, coffee or tea with cinnamon instead of sugar, and sprinkle walnuts, almonds or flaxseed onto your salad in place of mayonnaise.
