Our experienced teachers have the mission to make your body perform more effectively in your workouts by introducing a therapeutic method of Yoga, as well as helping you develop a self practice to bring home with the intention of contributing to your body’s self healing properties. Fusing different styles to get the maximum benefits in your body’s alignment, stability, flexibility, range of motion, strength, breath work and a meditative state of mind.

The Workout Club Ibiza Outdoor Pop-Up Sessions

Gain a maximum of benefits such as: a toned body, improved posture, strength and conditioning, a greater flexibility, stress relief, an increased sense of well-being and vitality.

Enjoy a passionately led 60-minute yoga class for all levels of fitness and body types where you will be familiarised with and introduced to the basics of Yoga. Both experienced and beginner yogis will feel challenged.

The Pop-Up Yoga Sessions are held on different outdoor locations in Ibiza. Be in nature, hear the ocean, breath in the fresh air and open your eyes to what the island has to offer…

TWC Ibiza teachers teach Dynamic Flow Yoga, strong yet sensitive, uplifting yet relaxing, energising yet harmonising. A complete body and mind workout focusing on your alignment, your asanas (postures), prana (breath), awareness, strength and flexibility while creating motivation and inspiration.
